SUBSCRIPTION POLICY — SABEL LIFE
Subscription Policy
1. Overview
This Subscription Policy ("Policy") governs the automatic refill program offered by Sabel Life ("Sabel Life," "we," "us") in connection with the purchase of any product designated as eligible for subscription on sabellife.com. By enrolling in a subscription at checkout, the customer ("Subscriber") agrees to the terms set forth below.
This Policy is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, Sabel Life's Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and any other Sabel Life policy, the terms more favorable to the Subscriber shall control.
2. Enrollment
Subscriptions are enrolled at the point of purchase by selecting the "Save with Automatic Refills" option on a qualifying product page or at checkout. By selecting this option, the Subscriber authorizes Sabel Life and its payment processors to charge the payment method provided for each subsequent refill order in accordance with the schedule described in Section 3.
A subscription is created at the moment the initial order is placed. The Subscriber shall receive a confirmation email containing order details, a direct link to the subscriber account portal, and a one-click link to cancel the subscription if it was selected in error.
3. Billing and Refill Schedule
3.1 Default Refill Interval. All subscriptions are set to a default refill interval of every twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date of the initial order. Refills occur at this interval regardless of the bottle quantity or bundle selected, as Subscribers may elect to receive product on this cadence for personal use, household use, gifting, or any other purpose at their discretion.
3.2 Charge Date. The Subscriber's payment method on file shall be automatically charged on each scheduled refill date for the same product, quantity, and subscription price selected at the time of initial enrollment, unless modified by the Subscriber in advance.
3.3 Locked Pricing. The subscription price established at the time of enrollment shall remain in effect for the duration of the active subscription. Sabel Life shall provide no less than thirty (30) days written notice prior to any price change affecting an existing subscription.
3.4 Customer-Controlled Cadence. Subscribers may modify the default refill interval to any other supported cadence — including but not limited to forty-five (45), sixty (60), ninety (90), or one hundred twenty (120) days — at any time through the subscriber account portal described in Section 4. Subscribers are solely responsible for selecting the refill interval that best matches their intended consumption rate.
4. Modifying a Subscription
A Subscriber may make any of the following modifications at any time prior to the generation of a tracking number for the next scheduled order, via the subscriber account portal located at sabellife.com/account:
(a) Skip the next scheduled refill, with the subscription resuming on the following scheduled date;
(b) Delay the next ship date to a Subscriber-selected future date;
(c) Change the refill interval, effective for all future refills;
(d) Swap the product, bundle, or quantity on file;
(e) Pause the subscription indefinitely, with the ability to resume at any time;
(f) Update the payment method, billing address, or shipping address on file.
Modifications submitted after a tracking number has been generated shall apply to all subsequent refills but cannot be applied to the order already in fulfillment.
5. Cancellation
A subscription may be cancelled at any time, free of charge, by any of the methods set forth in Sections 5.1 through 5.6 below. Sabel Life does not impose any cancellation fee, minimum subscription term, retention call, exit questionnaire, or other condition on cancellation.
5.1 Subscriber Account Portal. The Subscriber may log in to sabellife.com/account, select "Manage Subscription," and select "Cancel Subscription." Cancellation shall be effective immediately upon on-screen confirmation, and a confirmation email shall be sent to the email address on file.
5.2 Post-Purchase Confirmation Page. Immediately following the completion of the initial order, the order confirmation page presents a one-click "Manage Subscription" option. This option remains accessible for the duration of the active browser session or if ever revisited.
5.3 Order Confirmation Email. The confirmation email transmitted for the initial order, and for each subsequent refill order, contains a direct one-click cancellation link. Selecting this link cancels the recurring subscription.
5.4 Pre-Renewal Notification Email. Five (5) calendar days prior to each scheduled refill, Sabel Life shall send the Subscriber a pre-renewal notification email. This email contains one-click options to skip the upcoming refill, delay it, modify it, or cancel the subscription in its entirety.
5.5 Post-Renewal Notification Email. Immediately following each successful refill charge, Sabel Life shall send the Subscriber a post-renewal notification email. This email contains a one-click cancellation link. Where a cancellation request is received through this email before a tracking number has been generated for the just-renewed order, that order shall be cancelled and refunded in full.
5.6 Customer Support. The Subscriber may transmit an email to support@sabellife.com from the email address associated with the subscription, indicating an intent to cancel. Cancellation requests received during standard business hours (Monday through Sunday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) shall be processed on the same business day. Cancellation requests received outside of standard business hours shall be processed on the next business day.
6. Cancellation Cutoff and Effective Date
A cancellation request submitted through any method set forth in Section 5 takes effect immediately with respect to all future scheduled refills.
With respect to the most immediately upcoming refill order, the effective date of cancellation is determined as follows:
(a) Prior to tracking number generation: the upcoming refill shall be cancelled and the Subscriber's payment method shall not be charged for that refill.
(b) Within twenty-four (24) hours of initial subscription enrollment: the initial order shall be cancelled and refunded in full, irrespective of fulfillment status, provided the package has not yet been delivered.
(c) After tracking number generation for any subsequent refill: the order already in fulfillment shall ship as scheduled, and the Subscriber's remedy with respect to that order shall be the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee set forth in Section 7.
7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every subscription order — including the initial order and each subsequent refill order — is covered by Sabel Life's 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. A refund request submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery shall be processed in full, and the subscription shall be cancelled concurrently, upon written request transmitted to support@sabellife.com from the email address associated with the order. No physical return of product is required. Refunds shall be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days of processing.
8. Failed Payments
In the event that the payment method on file is declined at the time of a scheduled refill:
(a) The refill order shall not ship;
(b) Sabel Life shall notify the Subscriber by email and request an updated payment method;
(c) Sabel Life shall reattempt the charge once after three (3) calendar days and once again after seven (7) calendar days, in each case only if the payment method has not been updated;
(d) If both reattempts are unsuccessful, the subscription shall be cancelled automatically, and the Subscriber shall be required to re-enroll to resume future refills.
No failed-payment fees or penalties shall be assessed against the Subscriber.
9. Communications
By enrolling in a subscription, the Subscriber consents to receive transactional emails related to the subscription, including but not limited to order confirmations, shipping notifications, pre-renewal reminders, post-renewal confirmations, payment-failure notices, modification confirmations, and cancellation confirmations. These transactional communications are necessary for the operation of the subscription and cannot be opted out of while the subscription remains active.
Marketing communications remain subject to the Subscriber's separately managed marketing email preferences and may be unsubscribed from at any time without affecting the subscription.
10. Modifications to This Policy
Sabel Life reserves the right to modify this Policy from time to time. Material changes affecting active subscribers shall be communicated by email no less than thirty (30) days in advance of taking effect. Continued enrollment following the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
