Order Changes & Cancellations

 


Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.

 

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of being placed.

  • After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may already be in processing.

Returns

 


Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept physical returns unless specifically authorized.


For safety and hygiene reasons:

 

  • Opened supplements, ingestibles, or wellness products cannot be returned.

  • Sealed, unused products may be eligible for resolution within 30 days of delivery.

 


We do not accept returns without prior authorization.

 


 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

 

  1. Email support@sabellife.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include:

     

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Clear photos of the packaging

     

 


Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

 


 

 

Refunds & Store Credit

 


If a resolution is approved, we may offer:

 

  • Store credit (preferred resolution)

  • Replacement product

  • Partial refund (if applicable)

  • Full refund (in rare cases)

 


Please note:

 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

 

 


 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 


We are unable to offer refunds for:

 

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided

  • Delays caused by carriers

Chargebacks

 


If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@sabellife.com. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.


Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and restrict future purchases.
