We offer this website, including all information, tools and services on it, to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service & Sale ("Terms"), along with the policies they link to: our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy and Privacy Policy.

By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, including browsers and customers.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. If a change affects an active subscription, we will email you before it applies to you. Our store runs on Shopify Inc., which provides the platform we use to sell our products and process payments.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or break any law in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit viruses or any harmful code. If you break these Terms, we may end your access to the site.

SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS
We may refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time. Card information is always encrypted when it is sent. Other content may travel over networks unencrypted. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

SECTION 3 — HEALTH DISCLAIMER AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our products are dietary supplements intended for general wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Information on this site is for general education only and is not medical advice. SECTION 10 — ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy the products in it. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, and cancel orders that look fraudulent or unauthorized. If we cancel your order, we will tell you and refund any amount charged. A contract of sale is formed when we email your order confirmation.

SECTION 11 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless your local currency is shown at checkout. You pay the total shown in your order summary at checkout, including any taxes and shipping shown there before you pay. We may change prices for new orders at any time. A price change never applies to an order you have already placed.

By giving us your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method and that the information is correct. Your card issuer may send us updated card details (for example, a new expiry date) so that subscription payments keep working. You can ask your card issuer to opt you out of this.

SECTION 12 — AUTOMATIC REFILLS (SUBSCRIPTIONS)
IF YOU CHOOSE AUTOMATIC REFILLS, YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD TODAY, AND THEN AUTOMATICALLY EVERY 28 DAYS (OR AT ANOTHER FREQUENCY YOU CHOOSE) UNTIL YOU CANCEL.

- CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE TO AVOID THAT CHARGE. A cancellation made later applies from the refill after it. Any refill already charged is still covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Section 14).
- You can also skip, delay or change your refills, or update your payment method or address, in the same portal.
- We email you before your first refills are charged, and before any refill whose price has changed.
- If a refill payment fails, we may retry it and email you to update your payment method. If it still fails, we may pause or cancel the subscription and will tell you if we do.

SECTION 13 — SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is free on orders of $50 or more. On smaller orders, shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. SECTION 14 — 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Every order, including each subscription refill, can be refunded if you ask within 30 days of its delivery date.
- Email support@sabellife.com with your name and order number.
- You do not need to send the product back.
- Shipping fees and shipping protection are not refunded, unless the order arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible.

SECTION 15 — EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES
You agree that we may send you order, shipping and subscription notices by email, and that these count as notices "in writing". Marketing emails and texts are sent only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email. If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell your phone number or text-message consent to anyone. We share them only with the providers that send our messages.

PART C — GENERAL

SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as stated in these Terms and where the law does not allow it, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sabel Life is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, or for allergic reactions, misuse of products or individual results. Our total liability to you for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and they apply only as far as your state's law allows.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to cover Sabel Life against claims and costs that result from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or anyone's rights.

SECTION 19 — FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, carrier or supplier delays, pandemics, labor disputes, government action or power or internet outages.

SECTION 20 — PERSONAL USE
You are buying our products for your own personal or household use, not for resale.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Missouri], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

SECTION 22 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Any dispute about these Terms, our products or our marketing will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, not in court, except for small-claims cases. Claims may be brought only individually, not in a class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@sabellife.com with your name, order number and "arbitration opt-out".]

SECTION 23 — GENERAL
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, your order confirmation and the policies linked above are the entire agreement between you and us.
